WIT started in December 2015 when 12 women were invited to breakfast to discuss idea of making Western Massachusetts THE place for women entrepreneurs and innovators. Over 30 awesome, smart, passionate women showed up from entrepreneurs to educators to business and community leaders. It was clear there is an enthusiasm and need for WIT. What it Takes.
