MENTOR MATCH PROGRAM

W.I.T. (Women Innovators & Trailblazers) seeks to raise the visibility of the extraordinary efforts of and opportunities for women in Western MA. This serves to celebrate what is already happening, promote what’s possible, and inspire other women to see themselves as successful entrepreneurs and innovators.

In this vain, we launched the Mentor Match Program in May 2019, with it’s first cohort of nearly 30 Mentors & Mentees. We were blown away with the level of diversity, talent and expertise across the region from both our mentors and mentees!  So many of you have amazing experience, and interest in helping women entrepreneurs grow their businesses and careers.

The program provides coaching in ways that help the mentees navigate their business or career, develop key competencies, and/or grow their professional network within Western MA. The learning and development in these relationships is reciprocal, and mentors benefit just as much as mentees!

Community, Convening, Connecting

This group is exploring best ways to create a regional community of practice among women entrepreneurs and innovators. This work will include how to build and enhance powerful networking, resource sharing and mentorship opportunities.
